Pod mocks
The port you keep sailing from.
You leave into a pod of up to six in your domain, on its own recurring night. Open to every graduate, so the pool grows with each group.
How a pod runs
- The night
60 minutes: two reps of 25 with feedback. The convener rotates weekly, posts the prompt before and the log line after.
- The cap
A pod never grows past six. When it would, a second night opens and the old convener seeds it.
- Staying alive
A pod lives while three of its members show up. Two dead weeks and it merges into the nearest one.

You are home at the end of week 6. From week 7 the pods take over: your own night, up to six people, no end date.

Invite only. 15 seats.
Every seat is filled by interview, late joins included. Group 01 is under way with 7 aboard; Group 02 starts after Oct 31 with 15 seats.

Commitment stake
Money in the game. Earn all of it back.
When you join, you put down a commitment stake. It isn’t a fee: keep these two promises and it comes back to you.
- Show up: attend at least 15 of 18 co-prep sessions (≥ 80%)
- Share what you learn: post publicly every week, tagging ProductMinds. 6 weeks, 6 posts.
The amount is discussed in your interview: enough to make you care, never so much that it stops you joining.
The terms
- Roadmap
- Phases and checkpoints are fixed. Each group sets its own dates and meeting times, and sessions adapt to the group.
- Shared tracker
- Your applications and interviews go on a tracker the whole group can see.
Asked before
Before you join.
How much time does it take?
Three nights a week, one hour each. Your group picks the nights and times when it forms. Plus two mocks of your own in each of weeks 4 to 6, and one post a week.
What happens after week 6?
From week 7 you join a pod of up to six in your domain, with its own recurring night. It is open to every graduate of every group and has no end date, so the pool of people to practise with grows with every group that lands.
Who runs the sessions?
They’re online co-prep sessions: Hrishikesh from ProductMinds leads some, and members of the group lead the rest.
What if I miss a session?
You still earn your stake back if you attend at least 15 of the 18 sessions and post every week. One grace week covers the whole run.
What if I don’t clear a checkpoint?
You go overboard: you lose your seat on the boat and your stake with it. That’s what keeps everyone accountable.
Is there a fee?
Yes, the commitment stake and you can earn all of it back.
Can I join a group late?
Yes, while seats are open. You put down the same commitment stake, we share the resources from the sessions you missed, and the checkpoints you skipped still have to be cleared.

Yes. 4 of the 7 aboard are breaking into product.
